Transition to a New EMDR
For individual, family & couples we have set up a new systme. Group Sessions still are booked through the website.
Existing clients will need to create a new account, your files will be transferred soon & so please have patience through the learning curve. Great news is this new system also verifies insurance benefits within minutes, along with scheduling, and payments including private pay, insurance clients and EAP, better syncing between my calendars. ** This system does not process all of the insurances I acept, so please read below, I would manually file for these claims

Plans we accept AETNA, Ambetter/Superior, Beacon/Value Options, Bluecross Blue Shield, Cigna (Evernorth), Humana Military, Magellen, Optum/United

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy:
Clients are required to reschedule/cancel 24 hours prior to the aptmt. There is a no show/late cancellation charge of $150 (it is the full cost of a session as insurance does not cover missed aptmts). Please be mindful about this.

* Aside from my practice, I also work for 2 different agencies, therefore my therapy calendar fills up quickly and is constantly fluctuating with new aptmts or reschedules. Therefore, I recommend creating a recurring standing aptmt and booking future sessions as far in advance as possible.

* For all current clients who are using the Theranest platform , I will be transferring all of your client files and competing the claims and request all outstanding balances to be completed by July 1st so I can shift all files and be fully operating through Headway
