Aromatherapy is an amazing art and science of healing the mind, body, soul which integrates with traditional and alternative treatment modalities. The sense of olfaction has the strongest connection to our emotions in comparison to all other senses. Aromatherapy is based on  healing  using essential oils which are created through steam distillation of  leaves, flowers, stems, bark, seeds, roots, or peels of plants which impart numerous healing benefits. The additional layer of healing comes with purely the aroma of these healing oils. Plants have incredible healing powers and in combination with their aroma have been found to effectively reduce mental and physical symptoms immediately and with no side effects and on the contrary multiple positive benefits. You  may be suffering from chronic lower back pain and swelling, a lack of motivation and focus, depression or continuous migraines. Instead of reaching for prescription medications and over the counter pills, consider the opportunity to heal with aromatherapy.

Sarah Ali is a licensed psychotherapist, a certified aromatherapist and has been handcrafting organic natural skin and body products for over 5 years.  In 2015 Sarah opened a 2nd business, Chamak (meaning sparkle and/or glow) based on the concept of natural healing where she creates handmade products, offers services and classes. Aromatherapy services are currently housed in the cosmetics  lab at Chamak located at 3129 Hwy 6, Sugar Land, TX 77478.

$50 Initial Consultation

- 1 hour consultation including a medical history to address nature of issues for treatment

- includes one month supply of treatment 

- insurance does not cover aromatherapy 

- if you are a current client at The Transformation Studio you receive $10 off

$25 Follow Up Consultation

  - follow up session and refill of product

$100 Healing Aromatherapy Workshop

- 1.5 hours long 

- learn more about aromatherapy and build a home health starter kit which will replace your medicines with plant medicine
